Fund Manager
Mr. Chen graduated from East China Normal University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor degree in Financial Mathematics. He has 10 years of experience in commercial banking credit and risk management, and possesses strong business insight. Since the start of his career, Mr. Chen has firmly believed that value investing is a practical and effective path to long-term investment success. He has consistently put this philosophy into practice and achieved substantial financial results through investing. Mr. Chen believes that, when managing assets on behalf of clients, an investment manager needs sufficient evidence demonstrating such capability, and achieving significant personal wealth growth through more than a decade of investment practice is the best proof.

Mr. Cao is a representative of LC Capital Management Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cao had over 15 years of experience in business strategy, accounting and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, investor relations, ERP, and operations. He served as Chief Financial Officer of three companies listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange and led more than 30 M&A, private placement, and joint venture projects, successfully completing over 10 transactions across Singapore, China, Europe, Japan, and Vietnam. Mr. Cao holds an MBA from Peking University and the National University of Singapore. He was formerly a member of ACCA and ISCA (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants).
